Smartkid Industries Private Limited, an MSME unit, commenced production in 2018 in the state of the art plant at Agro Food Park, Alwar, Rajasthan, India manufacturing and distributing renewable, recycled and sustainable walnut shells, including ground Walnut shell grits, crushed walnut shell grits, cosmetics grade walnut shell grits, Walnut shell powder and flour, walnut shell abrasive blasting media, walnut shell polishing media, walnut shell filter media, walnut shell pet litter, walnut shell filler, Walnut shell granules etc. with walnut shell grit sizes of 6/10, 8/12,12/20,18/40,35/60,60/80,40/100,60/200 and walnut flour sizes 0f #100,#200 at our plant at Agro Food Park, ALWAR near Delhi in the state of Rajasthan, India.

Our company provides custom solutions and is capable of entering into and fulfilling long term contracts. We work closely with customers to find the right product mesh size and hardness for specific applications. Our products are bio-degradable, non- toxic, environmentally safe and cost effective for many industrial uses around the world. We provide complete documentation as may be required. Recently we fulfilled a contract for the supply of Walnut shell filter media for a large Oil Refinery operated by Indian Oil Corporation Limited.

The finished product is packed in 25 kg standard packing and we also provide custom packaging solutions meeting specific requirements of our customers.

OUR INFRASTRUCTURE

In order to meet diverse requirements of the customers, we have developed a state of the art manufacturing facility at Agro Food Park, Alwar near Delhi, India. The facility spreads on a large area of land to perform all the tasks under single roof.
